What service do the portal's suppliers offer me?
Under <SERVICE>, each supplier presents their service offering - including special software, price lists and details of their merchandise management system - so that you can order online. E.g. the option of downloading price lists in the Datanorm format to provide the master data for your selection, the processing of warranty claims and repairs, or access to product pictures to generate printouts.
Can I link my merchandise management system to nexMart?
Yes. In fact, that is the most efficient method of ordering through nexMart. The nexMart team works with over 120 system partners on merchandise management projects. You can find out how a project works here
Can I also exchange order data using EDI?

Can I send invoices digitally?
nexMart provides a qualified digital signature including an archiving system. All invoices can be archived here in compliance with statutory regulations. This saves up to 70% on each documentation procedure. More Info Digital Signature
How does my data get into the portal?
For example, using the nexMart dataManager. With this database you can consolidate item information from a wide variety of sources, maintain that data, and prepare and check it for presentation either on the nexMart portal or in store systems. Or you can prepare the data straightaway so it can be printed as a catalogue. More info about nexMart dataManager
Does nexMart also support WebServices?
nexMart provides various WebServices with a range of features. E.g., you can just click to receive all the information about the status of your orders to your screen. Or you can display detailed item information and use it to generate a PDF document that you can print out for your customers or email them.
My country isn't there - how can I place an order?
Suppliers can use nexMart global to reach dealers in countries where there is not yet a portal for that particular country. You can register at www.nexMart-global.net. More information about nexMart global
Where can I ask questions?
Any questions about specific orders or products will be answered by the suppliers themselves. Click on <SERVICE> and then on <CONTACT PERSON> to find out precisely who to contact. You will also find the <?> symbol, which brings up the online Help, on all the web pages in the portal. There you will find the answers to almost every question about using nexMart.
