How can I order through nexMart?

On the left-hand side of the <LOGIN> page you will find the <USER LOGIN> field, where you can enter the customer number that nexMart has given you, your username and your password. When you have clicked on <START> and confirmed your details, you can go to the top left and use the <SUPPLIER> option to select the supplier to whom you have an existing connection. Or you can order directly and automatically using your own merchandise management software. How do I apply to be connected to my suppliers?

Once you are logged into the portal you can apply to be connected via <ADMIN> | <YOUR SUPPLIERS >. The supplier will provide the authorisation, which usually takes one to three days.

What products will I find in the catalogues?

The catalogues contain all the products from the various suppliers that relate to tools, fittings, hardware, gardening tools and technical needs. The catalogues are organised in a simple, user-friendly way according to the same categories that you are already familiar with from the printed catalogues. This makes is easy to find the products you are looking for.

What product information is available on nexMart?

There is detailed, multimedia-based information on every product. You will find not only textual descriptions but also photos, videos, exploded drawings, information about replacement parts … so that you will quickly come to regard the nexMart ordering platform as your main source of information for every product. There is already online information about 1.5 million products.

What ordering options do I have with nexMart?

nexMart gives you various practical ordering options tailored to precise commercial needs:

  • From your software straight to the suppliers' ordering systems: Link your merchandise management system to nexMart and process all your orders and delivery information together from your software.
  • The quick way - just enter the item number and quantity in the <BASKET>. The product name and the catalogue prices will be displayed for that item number.
  • The keyword or category search - if you do not know the item number, you will find what you want using search terms.
  • Selecting from a catalogue - if you want to select from a range of products, the digital catalogue will save time in finding what you want. You select from product categories and click on the easy-to-read product lists which will quickly give you a summary of what your customers might like.
  • Order templates - to prevent you from having to always start from scratch, nexMart provides order templates. They save you time if you regularly order specific products.

How do I find out if something is available?

If you want to query the availability of the products you wish to order, after you have input the items you want to your basket, click on the <QUERY ORDER> button. The system immediately asks the relevant suppliers whether the items you want are available and displays an updated list with the status of each item. This means you get up-to-date information instantly - with no time-consuming phone calls or faxes. Go  here to find out which suppliers provide this functionality.

Can I customise the ordering platform to my needs?

In the <PORTAL> section we provide the "Tools" for you to adapt nexMart to your own specific requirements and make your work even easier.
