nexMart Help

You can work with nexMart only after you have logged in. For this purpose, you must enter your customer number, your name and your password in the user login on the home page. You can get this information from your internal administrator responsible for orders via nexMart. Please note that the inputs are case-sensitive. Are there no nexMart-users in your company? Then, please register yourself.

Tips for logging in

You can't work with nexMart until you are logged in. To do this, you need to enter your nexMart customer number (BDE...), your name and your password. You can get these details from the person within your company responsible for ordering via nexMart - or via the nexMart Hotline directly, if you registered yourself directly.

Cust. No. or user not found

The reason for not finding an access is that the given user does not exist under the customer number.

  • Please check whether you have correctly entered your nexMart customer number (BDE...) and your nexMart user name ("Given name.Surname" or "Mr. Name"/"Mrs. Name" or "My.Access").
  • Please check that you have not used any blanks while entering the information.
  • Please note that data entry in all fields is case-sensitive!

Password incorrect

Please check whether you have entered your password correctly. Please note that the password is also case-sensitive ("Caps Lock" on?).

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password please get in touch with your local administrator for orders via nexMart. He can allocate a new password to you. If you are the administrator, then the nexMart Hotline is the right contact for you.
